The Quiet Light Painting

This painting came from a subconscious place. My mind was in a far away place when I started to lay down color and shapes. I started to draw on the wet paint with a silicone scraper and the trees appeared. Once I saw the image I started to focus on the light coming from behind. I wanted to capture the quiet, gentle mood of the light and have this place transport the viewer to a gentle peace of mind.
